In addition to an outstanding indoor climbing experience, Boulder's also offers a portable climbing wall! This is rentable for parties, company events, cookouts and more! If we can get the wall there, you can have it for your event! The wall comes fully staffed with Boulders employees who will set up, belay, manage and take down the wall. Wall and staff are capable of processing approximately 40 climbers/hour. Boulders covers all liability and insurance for events. All climbers, however, will be required to fill out a waiver. A space at least 60ft x 25ft, with level ground and drive in access is needed. The wall stands at 27ft tall and approximately 10ft wide. In order to raise the wall, 30 feet of clearance (ground to ceiling) is needed. The truck must always remain attached to the trailer. Please consider truck and wall size when planning your event. Back in situations are advised against.
To book the wall, please call us at (608) 244-8100. Availability varies by weather and season. Please call us as soon as you can, with at least 2 weeks advanced notice. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold your spot and confirm the event.
There is a 2 hour minumum rental time for the wall. The first two hours are billed at $200, and each additional hour is $150 plus tax. Mileage costs are also charged at $2/mile, with the distance being figured using Google Maps (shortest distance). We do offer discounts for longer events:
- 2 hours - $400* (The first two hours are billed at $200)
- 3 hours - $550* (The first two hours are billed at $200)
- 4 hours - $700* (The first two hours are billed at $200)
- 5 hours - $850* (The first two hours are billed at $200)
- 6 hours - $900* (The first two hours are billed at $200)
- 8 hours - $1150* (The first two hours are billed at $200)
