Team Building

Successful groups understand the value of a strong team. They work hard at developing a cohesive group that understands each other and approaches obstacles with enthusiasm. At Boulders, we offer team building programs designed to help groups increase their trust in each other, learn how to solve problems together, improve their communication skills, and much more. Each experience is unique, but will typically involve experiential challenges that build in complexity and difficulty. All programs start with challenges on the ground, sometimes called low ropes elements. Additionally, there are options for challenges involving climbing or high ropes work, but that does not need to be the focus of the program.

Each program is custom designed to meet the specific needs of the group. Before we begin planning your program, we will talk with you about your needs and goals and what you want to get out of the experience. We then work with our experienced facilitators to develop a unique program that works for you.

We work with all types of groups ranging from corporate teams to youth organizations. These include:

Teambuilding Group
  • Corporate groups
  • Non-profit organizations
  • Government agencies
  • Teachers
  • University organizations
