Why Waivers?

Like most sports, climbing is inherently dangerous. Risks are a part of the sport, and bodily harm, paralysis and death are consequences of unsafe climbing and climbing techniques. That being said, Boulders' number one priority is the safety and well being of our customers. We make sure that every aspect of our gym is performing to the utmost standard to prevent injury from occurring.

Waivers are required to climb at Boulders. ALL participants must have a waiver filled out and signed. Those 18 and older can sign for themselves, but children under 18 require the consent of a legal parent or court-appointed guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS. The consent must be in the form of our written waiver, available here for PDF download, or at our gym. Hand written notes, phone calls do NOT count. Brothers, sisters, uncles, babysitters, grandparents, etc. are NOT acceptable forms of guardianship unless they are LEGAL guardians. If you need to get waivers, please let us know and we will do all in our power to get them to you so that you and others may climb!
