Yoga With Amy

Thursdays at Eastside at 6PM

Thursdays Downtown at 6AM

Amy discovered yoga almost nine years ago during a time of career change and athletic injuries – injuries that prevented her from her first love of rock climbing and running. On the mat, she found peace and healing and eventually a new way to move her body. As Amy’s practice continued, she learned to explore how linking breath, body, and mind could create internal unity and how practicing in a class could expand that unity to a community. This transformation led Amy to complete yoga teacher training at Perennial Yoga in 2023 with the aim of diving deeper and bringing yoga to her climbing and life.

Amy’s classes are dynamic and creative while remaining accessible to a range of levels. In each class, you’ll move with your breath, find stillness in movement, work your core a little, and most of all, have fun.

Olivia’s classes are intentionally designed to both recover from and prepare for climbing. Her sequences also assist with relaxing the nervous system by releasing tension from the muscles, softening the breath, and quieting the mind. Each class provides an opportunity to stretch, build some strength, and practice living in the moment. Expect to leave with a renewed sense of ease.
