Let us climb! Let us steam! Let us plunge! Boulders Eastside is hosting its very first group sauna and plunge event.  We’ll gather together and climb, then enjoy the restorative benefits of a sauna and/or cold plunge.

Clothing you might swim in will be most comfortable during the sauna and plunge sessions. Bring a towel and water bottle.

January’s Climb for a Cause, Beta Bust Midwest, is leading an Intro to Ice Climbing info session for anyone curious about how to get into ice climbing! Get schooled on ice climbing gear (including rental options), movement, locations, educational opportunities (such as clinics at local ice festivals, local ice climbing guides, and free resources such as books and videos), logistics (such as how to stay warm), and safety considerations specific to ice climbing.

Introductory level.
